DYEING AND FINISHING DEPARTMENT

The success of our department of dyeing and finishing relies largely on the unique testing laboratory apparatus used and the highly qualified staff. The laboratory is furnished with all testing apparatuses used for measuring all physical, mechanical, and chemical properties. We assure our material quality and specifications by testing daily. Our laboratory is also equipped with a spectrometer Spectra Flash 600Plus using data match software for every high quality of reproducibility of our production and consistency of quality. Our dye-house has a capacity of 16 tons daily working 3 shifts for 24 hours a day. The dye- house is equipped with the best fully computerized jet flow machine and the most sophisticated German and French finishing machines, which guarantee the highest finishing quality for our fabrics. All our products are produced according to “Oko-tex standard 100” regulations. We confirm that all dye stuffs and auxiliaries used are environmentally friendly and free of Azo groups and heavy metals.
